Who am I?

My name is David White and I am a session guitarist and guitar tutor in the Aldershot/Farnham/Fleet area.
I have been playing since the age of 9 and I have a huge wealth of experience in both live playing, recording and songwriting.

My live playing experience started in my teens and continued in a strong way until 2020 when it all went a bit Pete Tong for everyone.

 

I have enjoyed playing with a huge collection of great musicians including Guthrie Govan/Dave Kilminster/Fairport Convention/Maceo Parker/Hawkwind and Angela Brown & The Mighty 45s

I teach guitar up to Grade 8 in a variety of styles including playing classical guitar through to blues/jazz and rock/metal, on top of this sight reading can also be incorporated into lessons as well.
Lessons are normally tailored to the students needs but with a tight focus on technique and theory (as without these we do not know what we are doing).
